Developing her administrative career, Nia soon became a talent co-ordinator for another project, “Chappelle’s Show”, and then the same year she was promoted to the position of a creative director for “Tenderhearted Film”. Being also well-educated in the field of fashion and styling, she was hired to work on costumes for “Pizzazz: Where’s My Movie” in 2014.
