The Riches of Emily Wickersham

How rich is Emily Wickersham? As of mid-2018, sources estimate a net worth that is over $1.5 million, mostly earned through a successful career in acting. She’s been active in the industry since 2006 and continues on both film and television, so it is expected that her wealth will also continue to increase.

Early Life and Education

While Emily was born in Kansas, she grew up in Mamaroneck, New York, USA, but little else is known about her family or childhood, except that she developed an interest in acting quite early. She attended Muhlenberg College for two years, before deciding to drop out and pursue a career in acting, which began in 2006 when she started appearing as a guest in various television shows.

An Acting Career on Television and in Film

Wickersham got one of her first notable parts when she was given a recurring role in the series “The Sopranos”, in which she played Rhiannon Flammer in the crime drama series which revolves around the fictional Italian-American mobster Tony Soprano, played by James Gandolfini. After her run there, she would appear in her first film in 2007’s “Gardener of Eden”, the comedy drama film starring Lukas Haas and Erika Christensen. Wickersham would continue acitng in the next few years, appearing in television shows as well as television films.

She would become a guest in the show “Law & Order: Criminal Intent”, and have a part in the film “How I Got Lost”, which was premiered at the St. Louis International Film Festival and then the Austin Film Festival. In 2011, she took a part in a few more notable projects, including a guest appearance in “Gossip Girl”, as well playing Nicole in the film “I Am Number Four”, which is a science fiction film starring Alex Pettyfer and Timothy Olyphant, based on one of the “Lorien Legacies” science fiction novels.

NCIS and Other Work

In 2012, Emily became a part of the film “Gone”, playing the role of Molly Parrish in the film which is a mystery thriller starring Amanda Seyfried, but was unsuccessful at the box office as well as with critics. Despite that, Emily would soon land her best known role in 2013, when she was cast during the 11th season of “NCIS” as Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop. She came in after the departure of actress Cote de Pablo and was originally cast as a part of a three episode arc before being promoted to a series regular. Since then she has stayed with the show, and has also appeared as a guest in the “NCIS” spin-off “NCIS: New Orleans”.

Relationships and Marriage

It is known that Wickersham married musician Blake Hanley in 2010, in the Florida Keys at Little Palm Island. They have maintained a good relationship since then but there has been no news or information regarding children or if they want to have children in the near future. It is likely that Wickersham is focused with her work.
