Early Life and Education

Unlike most actors and actresses, Samantha had the fortune of being born into an acting family;  her mother is Austrian-born actress Bibi Besch, while her maternal grandmother is a WWII-era Austrian actress named Gusti Huber, so it is likely that Samantha’s choice of career was influenced by her family, and there’s also the fact that she got her first ever role at the age of two, alongside her mother in a commercial for baby products.
