Savannah was born the youngest of five children on 27 August 1986, in Akron, Ohio, USA, making her 31 years old – she stands at 5 feet 7 inches or 1.7 meters. She attended Buchtel High School and during her time there was a cheerleader, and also played softball. She then met LeBron James during a football game when they were 16 years old, and accepted a proposal to watch LeBron’s basketball game. They had their first child during her senior year at high school in 2004, around the time LeBron was becoming the top professional basketball prospect in the country. The couple even went to the prom together while Savannah was pregnant. She would later have another son in 2007. They would then have their third child in 2014.  She mentions in an interview that James treats her like a queen to his king. Brinson has focused on numerous endeavors over the course of her career, which has increased her net worth. She started working in furniture and interior design, joining forces with American Signature in 2010 alongside her husband. They created various furniture models and named the collection Home Court, which focused on kids and consisted of beds, desks, dressers, etc. She also opened her own business in 2013 called “The Juice Spot”, created in partnership with her trainer David Alexander. The business created a space that fostered a healthy lifestyle centered on drinks. It became highly popular and was even promoted by numerous NBA stars. However, they closed down the business in 2016 after their family relocated back to Cleveland, and in line with LeBron moving back to the Cavaliers.

Philanthropy


Savannah is also known for her philanthropic work and has supported numerous organizations alongside her husband. She became the Vice President of the LeBron James Family Foundation which she does a lot of developmental projects and fund raising. She also started the campaign called “I PROMISE MAKEOVER” which was initially held at the American Airlines Arena. The campaign brought 50 at-risk high school senior girls from the area and helped them get ready for their prom with makeup tips, accessories and dresses. She also gave back to her high school alma mater by creating a mentoring program called Women of Our Future. The program was dubbed WOOF and helped with women in Akron through one-on-one academic support and mentoring. The program initially began with 16 high school students paired with a mentor, and is aimed at helping the teens pursue their studies and a college education. Savannah has also been featured in the program “For Women, Forever”, at which she was a speaker, the annual celebration of the Women’s Endowment Fund of Akron Community Foundation. The event was also a fund-raiser, and managed to raise around $100,000 to be used by the organization for safety, health, and the well-being of women in the area.
